How to submit your Video/Film to us:
To submit your Film/Video and participate in Videoart.net's "Video Art & Experimental Film Festival", follow these simple steps:
- Register your video to the festival through our quick online submission form. Submissions may be updated or edited any time before the final deadline, April 10, 2010.
- Send your Video/Film by mail:
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
For the purposes of the festival, films/videos should be no longer than 30 minutes long.
Media must be labeled with the title, runtime, director(s), and contact information.
Do not put paper labels on your DVDs or send your submissions in a fiber filled envelope, the dust can damage tapes and viewing equipment
Multiple entries are allowed, but each one must be on its own DVD/DV and have its own completed online entry form (use different email accounts)
Formats and Mailing Instructions:
A Complete Application should include the following:
- Two copies of your film/video in a DVD (NTSC) format for Multi-Zone or Zone 1 (North America). These DVDs are the official panel review copies.
- A printed submission form for each piece that is being submitted
- Any available press materials
Notification of Acceptance:
Artists/Filmmakers will be notified of acceptance via email by April 15t(h), however due to mail times to the North, it is recommended that you supply or prepare in advance a projection copy (NTSC miniDV/HDV)
